(Regular and Workshop paper) will only be selected to include in the
publication collection after the payment of conference fee has
complete. The conference fee of all papers includes a collection of
publication essays, all meetings and panel discussions, conference
meals and welcome banquet, local features performances and organizers’
souvenirs.

Organizers arranged the participants with accommodation and conference location of JiLin University BeiYuan Hotel. The accommodation fee will be ¥ 228 for one room per day (Breakfast included). Organizers will be arranging return train tickets for participants, due to the high demand for train tickets during summer holiday, the requirements of participants’ can only be met within possibilities. Once the ticket reservation finalized (10 days in advance), the participant will be responsible for 20% of the refund, if any change or refund made by the participant. Booking form as below:

Organizers arranged voluntary after Conference Tour, the 3-day trip to Changbai Mountain will be on participants’ own expanses, and commissioned by JiLin University Travel Agency. Departure time will be the morning of Aug 21, return on the evening of Aug 23. Travel expanses will be charged at departure, detailed description and schedule can be found on the website.
