招聘内容:

Electrical Engineer

Major Accountabilities:

  q Design and develop new electronic products for automotive systems.

  q Ensure products meet all customers and internal electrical

requirements

q Support module level validation.

q Find root cause and corrective action to any electrical design related issues.

q Apply engineering CAD/CAE tools to perform design analysis and evaluation.

 q Verify and validate designs on bench and in vehicle as

necessary.

q Follow engineering design process and product release procedures.

 q Provide technical support to manufacturing during pilot run and

production start-up.

q Participate in new product development with others as a team player

Major Qualifications:

  q Bachelor or above degree in electrical, electronic engineering.

 q Working knowledge of and/or skill in one or more of the following areas:

o   Experience of the micro-controller system design.

o   Analog and digital circuit.

o   PCB layout knowledge and low emission layout experience

o   CAD design and CAE analysis tool application.

o   Favor experiences on RadarCamera, Power  Electronic product

o   Require Allego /Mentor CAD Tool Application skill

o   Vehicle electrical and Power electronics design/application

q Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal

communication skills.

q With task and work planning skill.

q With positive people interface attitude.

q PC application skill.

CAD Engineer

Major Accountabilities:

q Develop Parametric Math Models & Data, ensure data quality and meet customers’ requirement.

q Ensure compliance with design procedure and CMII process.

 q Create components, assemblies and CSD documentation.

q Provide components & assemblies info to internal customers, such as librarian, validation engineer, etc.

 q Ensure models & drawings to follow Design standards, and

identify exceptions to design standards.

q Ensure compliance with design standards and general design Guidelines.

q Run appropriate design rule checks, support MCAD-ECAD cross checking.

 q Generate manufacturing files to support downstream users.

 q Release BOM, math data and drawings to manufacture system.

Major Qualifications:

q Process design changes as documented by CA/CM processes.

q Bachelor and the above for education.

q Major is automotive Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation/ Mecha-electronics.

q Good understanding and/or knowledge of CAD designs. Have experience of CAD software, such as Mentor, Allego, etc.

q Have some knowledge in mechanical and/or electrical design.

q Have some knowledge in Auto Electronics  and product working flow.

q Comprehensive technical English reading, writing and verbal communication skills are required.

q With team-work spirit, communication skill, task and work planning

skill.

q Clear thinking, sense of responsibility, and self-motivated.

q Automotive product background is preferred.

 

Software Engineer

Major Accountabilities:

    q Design and develop software components for automotive system in a real-time operating  system.

q Develop software design documents or models.

q Develop and execute detailed unit test plans and software tools.

q Follow software process using Automotive SPiCE reference models.

q Interface with system/application engineers to analyze and specify software requirements.

Major Qualifications:

 q Bachelor or higher degree, Master is preferred.

 q Major is automotive electronics/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation/ Mechatronics/Computer Science.

 q Experience in the design and coding of real time embedded control

software using C and C++.

q Knowledge and understanding of micro-controller/microprocessor and real time operation system applications.

 q Problem solving and analyzing skills.

q Comprehensive technical English reading, writing and clear verbal communication skills are required.

q Passion for excellence, and with team-work spirit, task and work planning

skill.

 

System Engineer

Major Accountabilities:

q Interface with customers to develop and specify product requirements and technically support customers.

q System architecture, system diagram and product definition document generation.

q Focus on product system design and development. Support and verify the software, electrical & electronic and mechanical

design.

q Responsible for change control and problem resolution in development  process.

q Develop test procedures, analysis or test tools, execute functional and systems testing.

 q Support vehicle crash test.

 q Create system documents following system common process;

 q Support IT&V, validation test and manufacture.

 q Complete GSCP defined documents independently.

 q Lead team to find systematic gap.

 q Maintain the relationship with customers.

Major Qualifications:

q Knowledge on embedded system and OS.

 q Requirement definition and verification on up based embedded system

q Generate product /system functional and performance specification document.

q Bachelor and the above for education, Master is preferred.

q Major is automotive electronics/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation/ Mecha-electronics.

q Good understanding and/or knowledge of automotive electronics or vehicle will be an advantage.

q Have some knowledge in hardware, software and mechanical design. Better familiar with vehicle Buses, eg. CAN, FlexrayEthernet.

q Comprehensive technical English reading, writing and clear verbal communication skills are required.

q With team-work spirit, communication skill, task and work planning skill.

q Clear thinking, sense of responsibility, and self-motivated.

 

Algorithm Engineer

Major Accountabilities:

q Develop new computer vision based algorithms for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems in automotive applications..

q Test vision based ADAS systems developed by worldwide and adaptive to China scenarios.

Major Qualifications:

q High degree of initiative and responsibility.

q MS degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering. Ph.D. is preferred.

q Solid foundation in signal, image, and video processing.

q Solid background in image signal processing, computer vision and pattern recognition algorithms.

q C/C++ and Matlab programming skills.

q Strong communication and documentation skill.

q Fluent in speaking and writing in English.

q Would like to learn new technology and self-motivated, honesty, good team work player, highly motivated, able to work

independently.

Senior Algorithm Engineer

Major Accountabilities:

q Develop, code, and maintain Algorithms for ADAS, active safety, and automated vehicle behavior.

qAlgorithm development including: Target estimation and tracking, road model estimation, target selection for Adaptive Cruise Control, Forward Collision Warning, Emergency Automatic Brake, etc.

q Algorithm performance assessment and reporting - Conduct detailed performance analysis to assess and correct performance deficiencies.

q Work with colleagues and customers to develop and implement enhancements to address real-world performance issues.

q Support advanced development process activities (analysis, design, reviews, verification testing).

q Design and develop optimization methodologies to meet product benchmarks.

q Work with various competencies in developing new technologies and products.

Major Qualifications:

q Minimum 5 years of programming experience in MATLAB, C or C++.

q Experience with radar, LiDAR and vision algorithm development and testing.

q Excellent data extraction & analysis skills (MATLAB, Excel)

q Strong mathematical/analytical and problem-solving skills.

q Strong in control theory & systems design.

q Very good English skills. Strong communication capability with other team, including global teams.

q Excellent team and customer orientation and high degree of flexibility, commitment and initiative

q Superior communication, documentation and presentation skills.

q Excellent software debugging skills.

q Familiarity with Kalman filter, EKF and Particle filtering algorithm is a plus.

q Great technical passion, be able to learn new technologies quickly.

q Automotive Product Development Process knowledge (Spice compliant process, ISO26262)

q Good knowledge of Configuration Management Tools.
